As part of the team, we are looking for Operations Executive to work in our Depots. Job Highlights

• Managing day to day activities
• Responsible for the overall performance of the respective yard, including operations, facilities, safety, housekeeping, and security (e.g., the identification of drivers and proper procedures for access and departure from the yard).
• Training and supervising new employees, tracking and measuring staff performance
• Ensures safe working environment is established and maintained
• Monitors and reports daily operation staff attendance.
• Work closely with HR and Depot Manager to see that the yard is fully staffed.

• Ensures all department employees receive timely safety and operational training and that the appropriate documents (signed acknowledgement forms) are prepared.
• Attends to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and adopt a proactive approach to minimize complaints
• Responsible for staff discipline to upkeep company\xe2\x80\x99s service level.
• Recruit, motivate and train the Operations team to push up the service quality.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics-related studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in operational experience
• Good understanding of logistics and shipping operation
• Familiar with container yard operations
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm; Sat: 8.00am to 12.00nn
• Working location: Penjuru or Pioneer (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

Job Type: Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
