Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our Operations Team in the running & managing of the daily business operations.

• Ensure that car movements are well-coordinated & properly parked at assigned locations.

• Ensure operations are carried out in an appropriate and operational effective manner.

• Handover & takeover of vehicles in various locations.

• Involve in coordination & support of various operations matters.

• Assist in sending new car/rental car for inspection at various inspection centres.

• Assist Manager in handling administrative functions for vehicle repairs & maintenance.

• Washing & detailing of vehicles for delivery when required.

• Any other matters tasked by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ 'O' Level, any field.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy when assigned with tasks.

• Apply problem solving skills to develop and execute initiatives to continuously improve operation efficiencies.

• A motivated, self-starter with plenty of initiative and a positive team-oriented attitude.

• To be a team player in the operations team to drive process and service improvement with strong and effective communication skills, addressing any operational issue proactively and progressively to the management.

• To propose innovative solutions and process improvement to achieve operations excellence.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferably Junior Executives.

• Full-Time positions available.

• Must possess a class 3 driving license.

Candidates possessing the following skillsets are preferred:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

• Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong knowledge and interest in cars.
