Job Description
- To process berth application and familiar with MPA & DIGIPORT procedure and documentation
- Coordinate with port authority, terminal operators and statutory boards via the online platforms
- Has a sound knowledge of immigration procedures & online application
- Co-ordinate on Port Agency matters at seaport
- Support Embarkation process when needed
- GCE N / O Level
- With shipping agency & passenger ship experience will be preferred
- Training will be provided for candidate with some basic knowledge
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- Able to commit to rotational shift duties base on roster (5 days week - 40 hours per week, Mon to Sun including PH)
