Operations Executive (travel Mobility)
Job Description
Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in the daily operations of WTS Travel's premium and niche segment transportation businesses within Singapore, Johor and West Malaysia. The services include and not limited to Fly-Ferry Multi-Modal Services, Corporate Charters, cross-border services, WTS Travel's transportation products & services and Specialised Transportation Services (eg seacrew transfers).
Direct and manage the overall transportation operations to ensure various contract service delivery fulfilment. Lead a team of up to 20 drivers, ensuring that passengers receive the best possible experience on WTST's buses and services.
Coordinate with outsourced parties for timely and appropriate supply of vehicles and manage their turnout and bearing.
Actively lead frontline staff to achieve sales targets.
Embark on operational improvement initiatives together with the Assistant Operations Manager, to fulfil WTS Travel's long-term objective of expansion and growth in the hospitality, tourism and travel ancillary services sectors.
Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills
Certificate or Diploma 2-3 years' experience in service operations in the transport/ logistics/ aviation/ or services industry High proficiency with computer applications and systems Awareness of the following business functions; Transport Operations / Airport Operations / Customer Service / Client Management / Vendor Management / Business Development / Technology and Systems / Project Management. Working knowledge of resource management systems will be a distinct advantage 5 days work week (Mon - Fri) from 0845hrs till 1815hrs but expected to provide shift coverage from time to time with off-in-lieu / time-off compensation Preferable staying in the central and/or east Immediate availability Able to commute between Suntec and Changi Airport
