We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth handover and return of vehicles in our rental business. The role involves coordinating with customers, ensuring vehicles are in proper condition, and handling administrative processes related to rentals.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Handover & Collection
Conduct check-in and check-out of vehicles with customers.
Perform basic inspection of vehicles (exterior, interior, fuel level, mileage, etc.) and record findings accurately.
Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and ready for rental before handover.
Collect keys and verify documents during vehicle returns.
Greet and assist customers during pick-up and return.
Explain rental terms, basic vehicle functions, and safety reminders.
Address customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Complete vehicle handover/return documentation and update system records.
Report damages, accidents, or irregularities to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, car rental, or operations is an advantage but not required.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving record.
Good communication skills and professional attitude.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
