Operations Finance (non 3pl)
Job Description
:
Performs Reconciliation for all payment channel on a daily basis
Performs cross check of transaction status report and share the findings with Payment Operation team to perform refunds or enhancement needs
Support Team Lead in forecasting and budgeting of costs
Perform weekly financial reconciliation to all logistic cooperators
Support Local Finance team in book entry for Shopee PL
Manage daily bank balance
Submits PR and PO for all logistics invoices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher related to Finance
At least 3 years work experience focused on Financial Operations preferably in ecommerce, telecommunication, digital financial service or retail business
Problem-solving oriented, positive and constructive attitude
Possess self-management skills: able to efficiently organizes own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
Experience in ecommerce payments systems will be an advantage
