JOB DESCRIPTION:





iNCREDi BOWL is looking for Operations Specialist whose responsibilities include


Planning quarterly, monthly, weekly work schedule that aligns with the group goals and ensures smooth operations Hands on approach in ensuring prompt delegation of resources among outlets Daily interaction with outlet managers and kitchen heads to plan and supply all items in the menu fromt the central kitchen (one of the outlets) Ensuring timely supply of ingredients to respective outlets by creating supplies order channels and assigning the responsbilities to outlet staff Assess sales data and liaise with marketing incharge to boost cash cows and push slow moving yet potential items in the menu Prepare monthly & quarterly data to identify slow moving items in the menu so as to declutter the work flow in the kitchen and hence, removing cash flow blockers Daily surprise checks in a) outlet kitchens to ensure SFA standards are maintained and b) service area to maintain and improve cleanliness and customer experience that the brand aspires to project as a health food chain


Requirements:


1. Pleasant personality and well versed in English (written and oral) compulsory


2. Minimum of 6 years experience in Food & Beverage sector which includes atleast 3 years experience as supervisor


3. People and process management skills. Highly critical that individual is organised in his/her approach to work


4. Willingness to take on additional responsiblity and work in high pressure environment


5. Leadership attitude rather than just manager attitude


6. Remuneration commensurates with industry best standards.
