What we are looking for:

• We are seeking a proactive and reliable team member who is eager to learn and ready to take on a hands-on role in our disposal operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and comfortable performing manual tasks as part of asset teardown and data destruction procedures. You should be able to work independently at client sites, communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for disposal operations to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Support data sanitization activities, including wiping, crushing, degaussing, and shredding media using specialized tools.
• Help organize, pack, and coordinate logistics for offsite disposal jobs.
• Accurately capture records and prepare all necessary documentation for customers.
• Become proficient with disposal equipment for both internal and service use, and assist in training new team members on proper operation.
• Perform teardown, decommissioning, and refurbishing activities for assets, which may involve some manual labour.

Qualifications

• Good & comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Physically fit and able to safely perform manual tasks such as lifting, packing, and handling equipment required for asset teardown and disposal.
• Able to carry out assigned tasks and duties independently at client's place
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients
