• Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs

• Respond to customers\' enquiries by email and phone

• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

• Coordinating with our logistics providers to ensure that products are received, handled, stored, and transferred appropriately

• Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling, storage and transferring of products

• Managing online orders and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

• Processing government tenders and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

• Showcasing our products to occasional walk-in customers

• Updating our products on various online sales channels (including our website, Shopee, Lazada) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

• Facilitating Internship Program Coordination with Universities

• Other Operational Matters
