Position at EF Language Abroad
Operations Intern
EF Singapore Campus
Workload: will be a mix of part-time and full-time.
During school semester: Part-time, 16 hours per week (Onsite)
During school holidays: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Onsite)
Commitment: Minimum of 6 months (November to May)
About Us: Join our dynamic team at EF, where we focus on delivering exceptional educational experiences for international students. As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable group programs that enhance our students' cultural and educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Planning: Assist in designing and planning engaging group programs that align with our educational goals.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on potential programs, activities, and attractions that cater to our diverse student base.
  • Bookings: Handle the booking of attractions, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
  • Liaison: Work closely with local leaders, tour guides, and vendors to coordinate and execute program logistics.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee the production and execution of group programs, ensuring that all details are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for educational experiences and cultural exchange.
  • Strong organizational and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in event planning or program coordination is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
*Onsite Requirement: This is an onsite position that requires the candidate to be present in the office during school hours. The job cannot be performed remotely.
