Are you a hands-on and technically strong mechanical construction professional? We are looking for a

Technical & Operations Lead

who can be the

backbone of our mechanical construction team

- someone who thrives in both technical problem-solving and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee mechanical construction works across various project sites (e.g., piping, HVAC, ACMV, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, etc.) Provide strong technical support, including interpreting drawings, resolving site technical issues, and coordinating with consultants and clients. Manage project execution schedules, manpower deployment, site inspections, and subcontractor coordination. Drive site productivity, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Coordinate material requisition, logistics planning, and on-site installation activities. Support project planning, progress reporting, and technical documentation. Work closely with the Project Director/Manager to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Mentor and guide junior engineers or supervisors when required. Prepare technical write-up Provide guidance in value engineering, advise on technical compliance

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical works within the construction sector (preferably building or infrastructure projects). Strong technical foundation and familiarity with construction methods, codes, and industry practices. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities independently. Hands-on, practical mindset with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
