• Perform administrative support for the Department
• Accurate and prompt execution of PO processes and invoice submittals
• Ensure on-time delivery for all order shipments to designated locations
• Handling of procurement related enquiries and feedback from regional offices
• Assist with claims on short-shipped, wrong or defective orders
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
• Track and ensure best rates are applied on all shipments
• Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required

Job Requirements

• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AX system (Training will be provided)
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
