East Coast Podiatry is a specialist outpatient service for conservative treatment of the foot, ankle and associated structures of the lower limb. We are a leading private podiatry practice with an international team of podiatrists in four clinic locations of Singapore.
Orchard Clinic focuses on therapies that help with diastasis recti, incontinence, menopause and conditions associated with the pelvic floor region. Our proprietary therapy protocol combined with the latest treatment technologies achieve fast and effective results.
About the role:
Process Improvement: Work on analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Recommend and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing the flow of materials, information, and finances throughout the supply chain. This can involve tasks such as inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier relationship management.
Quality Control: Monitoring and maintaining product or service quality standards. Assist with developing quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management: Assisting in project planning and execution. Project coordination, scheduling, and ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to operations performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, optimizing the balance between carrying costs and stockouts. Assist in implementing inventory control systems.
Logistics and Distribution: Optimizing transportation routes, coordinating deliveries, and managing distribution centers.
Resource Allocation: Work on resource allocation tasks, including labor scheduling, capacity planning, and resource optimization to meet production or service delivery demands.
Cost Analysis: Assist in cost analysis and cost reduction efforts. Analyze cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help develop cost-effective strategies.
Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records and producing regular reports on operational performance.
