Job Description
$5200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Lead, Supervise and manage Operational teams in Singapore
- Improve processes, policies and procedures, monitor and audit compliances
- Manpower planning, placement and training
- Conduct management training (Supervisors and Clinic Manager)
- Establish work task, accountability and deliverables
- Monitor performance and implement improvements
- Strategic input, Liaison with top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement and manage operational plans
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Diploma, Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
