Responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Meanwhile, this role will also support the operations planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and the company's targets are met. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy Operation Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, improve revenue, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives. The candidate should have good understanding of Web Development or Digital Marketing concepts. Responsibilities and roles: High-level resource planning and making strategic resource management decisions. Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures. Working closely with sales, project management, and finance team in overseeing budgets, utilization, profitability, and other agency KPIs. Assist with the setting up of SOP and achieving KPIs. Pursue new business opportunities and create effective pipelines for forecasting and revenue growth. Present to management the status, challenges, and outcomes of customer engagements and plans to meet targets, supported by data wherever deemed possible. Work with HR to determine, recruit, interview, select and hire an appropriate number of employees. Coach and develop staff including recommend training and providing career development planning and opportunities to the employees. Requirements and skills: Candidate must possess at least a degree in operations management, business administration, or related field. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role. Experience in planning and budgeting. Must be IT savvy and good with Microsoft Office. Good understanding of Web Development or Digital Marketing Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions. The ability to stay calm and focused under high levels of pressure. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
