• Position Title: Operations Manager/Logistics Manager
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Sat, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that warehouse operations/logistics are run smoothly
• Follow up on productive non-conformances and ensure closure of field non-conformance (NC), CAPA (Correct action, Preventive action).
• Conduct field investigation with respective Logistics/ Warehouse members or Customers to clarify non-conformance and proper disposition and corrective actions. To report findings closure and to provide monthly updates.
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformances, perform root-cause analysis to identify effective correction and process improvement
• Perform Initial investigation/vetting of problem to understand and assign CA (Corrective Action) to the customer when determined as logistics/ warehouse issues
• Perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Monitor and evaluate the site/s overall HSE performance to identify and minimize recurring incidents.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant WSH legal requirements, codes of practices and Singapore Standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with WSH Act and COVID-19 legislations.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures to stakeholders.
• Conduct WSH training and champion WSH promotional activities.
• Report monthly HSE safety statistics reports to all stakeholders. (e.g., incident accident summary report, training conducted, etc).

• Relevant experience in similar industry is preferred
• 3 months on the job training, to come in every Saturday, once confirmed alternate Saturday.
