Position Title: Operations Manager/ Manager (Restaurant Operations)
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm; Sat 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 12.30 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Assist General Manager in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services.
Lead a team of Captains, Cashiers, Hosts and Service Attendants.
Formulation and implementation of operating procedures and standards, the management and development of staff, and liaising with executive management to ensure that restaurant\xe2\x80\x99 short and long-term goals are met with respect to the All Day Dining Restaurant operations.
Support the Manager in achieving the financial, service and other related goals.
Deputize for the Assistant General Manager and General Manager during his/her absence.
Review operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Monitor all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards. Monitor and minimize wastage of consumables and maintain labour productivity ratios.
On a regular basis, inspect table set-ups; check for cleanliness, neatness of the restaurant environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order.
Inspect food items are set in proper quantities and to restaurant standards.
Supervise, mentor, train, schedule and evaluate staff. Prepare and deliver all staff reviews.
Manages Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company\xe2\x80\x99s diversity commitment; compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsible for maintaining and delivering reviews, discipline, staff awards, flex days, payroll, SRFs, etc.
Approves the schedule and flex day requests for all restaurant staff.

At least Diploma in Restaurant Management or extensive F&B experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience at a managerial level in deluxe restaurant.
Be willing to work overtime as and when needed.
