Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall, in-charge to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the organization.
- Ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational level.
- Responsible for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, improve revenue, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in an Advertising/Media/Marketing Agency.
