• Position : Operations Manager (Beverages/Tea/Coffee) - Oversee and Managing 2 to 3 outlets * Location : Various locations (Town / Changi Airport) | Main Office - Queenstown * Working hours : Position : Operations Manager (Beverages/Tea/Coffee) - Oversee and Managing 2 to 3 outlets Location : Various locations (Town / Changi Airport) | Main Office - Queenstown Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 6pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 (Based on experience) + Commission + Annual Bonus + Transport Reimbursement / Mileage claims (for own transport) Duration : Permanent Industry : Retail - Beverages Main Responsibilities: Manage day-to day operation of the boutiques, counters and pop-ups. Ensure all team members uphold and demonstrate the company's approach on customer service. Conduct market research to keep abreast with competitors and trends Budgeting and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Review and analyse store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs. Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising Manage and coach a team of tea ambassadors & baristas. Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences - and results - through team development. Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments to customers, staff, and operations. Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment. Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience in Retail / Beverages Industry. Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment Great passion and enthusiasm about customer service with the ability to work autonomously. Attention to details with excellent analytical and communication skills Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff and management Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines for various ad hoc tasks and able to work in fast-paced working environment Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, highly result-oriented, and able to problem-solve with positive working attitude. Bilingual in Mandarin and English to converse to Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
