Operations Manager - Caf\xc3\xa9 Outlets
A global brand is expanding in Singapore and as a result they are hiring an Operations Manager - Caf\xc3\xa9 Outlets to join their team.
In this position, your primary responsibility will involve facilitating business expansion. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a superior standard of product and service excellence aligning with the company\'s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations of multiple coffee outlets, ensuring they operate smoothly and in line with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality, customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene across all outlets.
- Manage and train outlet staff to provide exceptional customer experiences while upholding the brand\'s identity.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and manage product ordering to minimize waste and stockouts.
- Analyse outlet performance metrics and financial reports to develop strategies for revenue optimization and cost control.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years\' experience in Operations within the coffee, QSR, or F&B industry.
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Profound understanding of retail and F&B operations is a prerequisite.
- Proven ability to identify operational enhancements and implement process improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
