Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deployment will be inside the cash centre and will be responsible for the 24/7 cash processing operations and activities
  • Work closely with staffs and management to ensure fulfilment of Service Level Agreements with customers.
  • To ensure compliance to process/policies as stipulated in the respective Standard Operating Procedures/ /Job Breakdown Sheet across all operation within the cash center
  • Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure relevance to existing contract requirements.
  • Improve and maintain a training program for all new staff and existing staff
  • Lead, and motivate employees to delivery exceptional service delivery
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to government\'s policies such as work place safety, staff working hours, acceptable accommodation (eg: MOM)
  • Identify ways (including automation solution) to improve productivity with company QE team.
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree from reputable Polytechnic/university
  • Candidates with experience in leadership positions (Commissioned Officer) will be considered favorably
  • Meticulous and problem-solving skills desired
  • Preferably possess good IT knowledge and able to thrive in a technology driven environment
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and comfortable to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective team players with strong coordination skills
  • Strong ability in resource planning, organization & implementation
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
