Siemens Healthineers (SHS) is hiring an Operations Manager, Customer Services to be responsible for functional operation for Diagnostic Imaging (In-vivo) business area. The incumbent will be accountable for high operational performance to support a Customer Service (CS) Department and achieve high productivity. He/she will implement all required processes to run an efficient and profitable service operation, in compliance with audit. He/she will also ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction and that customer complaints are escalated properly.
