Then come in and join our Singapore team as an Operations Manager, Customer Services to be fully responsible in implementing a holistic Siemens Healthineers communication approach for Singapore. The role reports directly to the Customer Services Manager.

Siemens Healthineers (SHS) is hiring an Operations Manager, Customer Services to be responsible for functional operation for Diagnostic Imaging (In-vivo) business area. The incumbent will be accountable for high operational performance to support a Customer Service (CS) Department and achieve high productivity. He/she will implement all required processes to run an efficient and profitable service operation, in compliance with audit. He/she will also ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction and that customer complaints are escalated properly.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible to ensure the functional operation and implement the required Service Support Process (Registration, dispatch, spare part logistic, service confirmation and others).
  • You will provide qualified resources for pre-clarification according to the processes.
  • You will ensure proper technical and application support.
  • You will define and supervise the escalation process into the Regional Support Center (RSC)
  • You will prepare reports for Head of Customer Services and Regional management on current service situation.
  • You will escalate service incidents according to defined parameters.
  • You will control and deliver tool and test equipment, CS logistic activities including spare parts.
  • You will provide qualified resources for SRS (remote services) and EPS (extended product service) Services Support.
  • You will set up responsibilities for the focused development of the field force and the processes necessary to leverage the SRS infrastructure into other service/ business offerings.
  • You will analyze the technical key data, propose and implement measures for obtaining the agreed targets and budget values in coordination with the technical manager and commercial management.
  • You will provide key performance parameters (KPIs) as required by Siemens Healthineers standards, related to product data, installed base and service performance.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a tertiary degree in a technical, management and/or commerce discipline; technical understanding is a pre-requisite.
  • You have professional experience in a service business or in a relevant industry.
  • You have experience in managing, leading and motivating teams and individuals.
  • You have experience with multinational companies, clients and people.
  • You have experience interacting and networking with Senior Executives.
  • You have experience dealing and handling customer complaints.
Your personality and skills:
  • You possess strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • You demonstrate the ability to prioritize work with complex matrix of inputs.
