About Our Client

Our client is a globally renowned coffeehouse chain, soon opening in Singapore, bringing its iconic hospitality and premium coffee experience to the city. Our client is a one of America\'s most treasured brands, known for its freshly brewed coffee, delicious baked goods, and welcoming atmosphere. As they prepare to introduce their brand to Singapore, they are seeking a for an Operations Manager to join their team.

• Supervise and coordinate the operations of multiple coffee outlets across Singapore, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain consistently high standards for coffee quality, customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene at all outlets.
• Lead and train outlet staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold the brand\'s values.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and product ordering to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
• Monitor outlet performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with the expansion team to facilitate the smooth opening of new outlets, including setup and staff training.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
• Prepare regular operational reports for the executive team, detailing performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• About 5 years of experience in Operations in Cafe or QSR or F&B
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Good understanding of retail & F&B operations is a must
