Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
Manage and support cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and address service issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational targets.
Conduct regular quality inspections and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations or facilities management (preferably in cleaning or related services).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must hold a current International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certification and a Certificate in Pest Management.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
