Work with Chef Kirk Westaway to achieve 3-Michelin Star.QualificationsMinimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, with at least 3 years in the European fine dining scene.Candidates with experience in 2/3-Michelin Star Restaurants will be preferable.Possess strong leadership qualities, sound judgement and decision making.Have a collaborative, enabling leadership style. Prior experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), to help drive the service standards.Leads to constantly improve the guest service experience and team performance
