The role involves driving operational efficiency, resource optimization, and service excellence while ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards. Working closely with senior management, the Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and uphold a culture of professionalism, accountability, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across all departments, including front desk, nursing, specialist clinics, diagnostics, and support services.
Ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain high service standards.
Monitor patient flow, clinic turnaround times, and capacity utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks and service issues swiftly.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
Support senior leadership in planning and executing business expansion, service launches, and workflow enhancements.
Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes and improve operational KPIs.
Implement technology solutions and automation tools to elevate operational performance.
3. Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal SOPs.
Champion a culture of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Liaise with MOH, HCSA regulators, and external auditors for inspections and compliance matters.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and manage a team of junior operations staff and clinic executives.
Drive performance reviews, training, and continuous development programs.
Foster a high-morale, collaborative, and patient-first team culture.
5. Customer Experience
Work closely with the Patient Experience team to deliver premium service.
Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and tact.
Monitor feedback channels and drive service recovery initiatives when necessary.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of private healthcare systems, regulations (e.g., HCSA), and clinic management.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to handle complex and fast-paced situations.
