They are looking for an Operations Manager (Sales Support) to assist their Operations team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Responsible in managing the operational focused vendor team to ensure all day-to-day requirements are met. Responsible for the end-to-end transactions from customer order in, to fulfilment and invoice Responsible in monitoring, managing and reporting on operational transactions Responsible in providing feedback and support to the commercial and finance areas of the business in relation to operational transactions Responsible in becoming involved in customer invoice dispute resolution where required Responsible in recommending and implementing improvements to existing operational processes and procedures Responsible in ensuring product/technology restrictions are enforced on quotes and orders Responsible in providing weekly update on open orders expected to book each month Responsible in managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships to increase value for customers Responsible to manage high volumes of customer requests through workflow system, meeting and exceed defined SLA's and team objectives Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min Degree in Business Management or other relevant field of studies Min 5 years of relevant working experience Prior IT background management is a bonus Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
