We are looking for an Operations superstar to join our team and support the General Manager in the day-to-day operational duties of our small luxury boutique hotel and colonial restaurant in Singapore! Our Operations Manager keeps everything in check and balance, always assuring quality Samadhi standards are emulated within every department, while monitoring and providing excellent guest experience and satisfaction. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for great story tellers to engage our esteemed guests from East to West; sharing on the uniqueness that Singapore has to offer as well as our Samadhi story. This is a leadership role that requires people management skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to execute and follow through on projects, while having the sixth gear for driving profitability. Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star luxury setting.
• Must have experience in F&B & Hotel Operations
• A strong understanding of the overall hotel business with the ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
• Proven experience in meeting budget and forecast for all costs, including manpower planning and other expenses
• Experience in managing and developing a team, including performance management, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, etc.
• Has a good understanding of luxury guest expectations and desire to meet these expectations.
• Project professional image at all times through personal presentation/ interpersonal skills.
• Has awareness of industry trends in service, product and presentation. A passion for food, wine and the culinary arts that is knowledgeable and effusive.
• Ability to work on weekends, public holidays and shift schedules (5 day work week)
