Specific Responsibilities


Individuals should


Oversee a team of logistics and procurement functions Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase overall efficiency. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Monitor inventory turnover rates and minimize carrying costs. Analyze operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings. Plan and coordinate the transportation of finished furniture to distribution centers and customers.a Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Technical Skills and Competencies


Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related subjects Experience in operations management, preferably within the furniture or manufacturing industry. Cost budgeting skills to ensure increase of productivity Adaptability and problem solving skills Understanding of the impact of operational processes on customer satisfaction. * Good commuinication skills and ensure that operational processes contribute to a positive customer experience.
