Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



1. Overall coordination of branch operations, including supporting the implementation and monitoring of performance results. Liaise with the head office and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and analyses.

2. Provide oversight on expenditure analysis, financial reporting, procurement, and asset management to ensure strong and profitable sales growth.

3. Take charge of commercial and Profit and Loss responsibilities, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to influence the business.

4. Assist in the recruitment and placement of required staff, review department structure, delegate tasks and accountabilities, establish work schedules, supervise staff, and monitor and evaluate their performance to develop better career progression.

5. Monitor performance at all levels and schedule discussion meetings and training as required.

6. Set performance goals and objectives to meet both company and customer expectations while also ensuring accuracy and quality.

7. Ensure marketing efforts and program service levels are consistent across each branch and maintain a positive image of the organization.

8. Maintain compliance by adhering to company and government regulations, taking necessary action, and enforcing when required.

9. Provide feedback and support where necessary, encouraging the use of monitoring data to foster improvement in performance quality.

Job Requirements:



1. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Could work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3. Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams

4. Strong leadership and team management abilities are crucial for effectively overseeing and motivating staff to achieve goals and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications Requirements:



1. Have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration

2. Have at least 8 years of management experience in a customer service-focused industry, preferably in family entertainment, retail, or childcare

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
