Job Description
The Operations Manager is in charge of running a successful outlet. You will play a vital role in hiring and training employees while managing the day-to-day business activities. We are looking for someone who can communicate with customers and work colleagues excellently, and enjoys talking to people and directs the teams of salon employees to deliver exceptional customer services. For this role, we are looking for someone who can mainly focus in managing a various outlet under Initia. (Salons/Operations) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist other Managers in providing leadership and direction to all employees
- Monitor hiring, training and developing new employees
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with the Outlet Manager to lead staff and Supporting Outlet manager as needed
- Other tasks given by the Boss/Bosses
- Experience as an assistant operations/outlet manager or with beauty-related management.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
