What you'll focus on
Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring fulfillment accuracy, timely dispatches, and SLA adherence.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless coordination and high levels of client satisfaction.
Proactively analyse operational data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain excellence.
What you bring
Experience & Expertise
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including team leadership and performance management.
Strong background in inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
Experience in eCommerce fulfillment or 3PL operations is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Hands-on leadership with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
