Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the interchange and ensure that buses and Bus Captains are optimally deployed and operating according to schedule
• Monitor attendance of Bus Captains and ensure that they comply with all rules and regulations laid down by management and the authorities.
• Schedule group sharing session / training whenever necessary and to monitor progress
• Attend to commuters\' enquiries, feedback and perform service recovery and crowd control
• Ensure that security personnel and cleaners are deployed at premises accordance to the schedule provided.
• Conduct random inspections on cleanliness of premise and safety checks such as junction drills check etc.
• Submit daily checklist on the first parade / last parade check of premise
• Assist in generating ad-hoc reports

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate should possess at least an \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d level certificate or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
• Able to perform shift duties
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good customer service skills
