We want to hear from you!ROLEAs part of the 3 Lines of Defense, the individual plays a critical support role to the overall CDD reviews. You are required to be familiar with the Customers' Standards review requirements and will support the business as CDD analyst to front clients and complete CDD reviews- collectively with the New Business and Policy Service Team.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and identify the various insurance product types, customer types and customer profiles. Ability to decide which system to perform data entry into, what are the critical data to look out for, which process to follow, which blacklist check template to use, etc.
• Perform initial, periodic and triggered event Customer Due Diligence activities and reviews ?
• Manage new client onboarding and existing clients' CDD (Customer Due Diligence) process to defined SLAs
• Review and check for completeness of CDD (Customer Due Diligence) information and supporting documentation before submitting the case for approval
• Ensure compliance standards are being met across the Know Your Customer (KYC). ? Conducting research on new and existing clients to obtain KYC data from public sources; ? Liaise with staff to obtain required KYC documentation
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for higher risk customers
• Screen required i006Edividuals and entity names against sanctions, adverse news and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists
• Escalate red flags and due diligence findings
• Managing complex cases efficiently whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
• All other duties as assigned by managementREQUIREMENTS
• Up to 2 years in retail banking or life insurance industry with relevant AML/CFT experience(e.g., CDD/ ? AML/ KYC)
• Some knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and CDD requirements
• Some Knowledge of SG, UK or EU regulatory environment and general AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC principles (preferred)
• Knowledge on structure such as Trusts and Private Investment Vehicles would be advantageous ? Experience with Quality Assurance work on CDD matters may be considered for a more senior role
• Good communication skills (oral & written) in English
• Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good decision-making skills and time management skills
• Proficient in computer skills (Knowledge of Excel)OTHER INFORMATION:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT is paid as per MOM regulations.
