Direct bus from Joo Koon Interchange Meals provided Training provided Career progression Job description: \xc2\xb7 Work closely with customer service on job arrangement \xc2\xb7 Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently, including: o Daily operation staff and fleet (heavy vehicles) deployments o Oversee the submission of name list and other documents for pre-job clearance o Arrange and co-ordinate with trailer & crane subcontractor, if necessary o Ensure that all job requirements are properly arranged and clearly disseminated to the relevant stakeholders o Monitor daily jobs completion, ensure that all jobs are completed on time and up to service standards o Monitor drivers\xe2\x80\x99 movement through GPS Tracking System o Oversee job documentation including DO and job related safety documents, ensure that these documents are handled properly o Coordinate with warehouse for all incoming and outgoing cargo o Arrange drivers for purchasing/collecting of materials/equipment \xc2\xb7 Work closely with other controller for efficient coordination of jobs arrangement \xc2\xb7 Arrange manpower for any safety findings rectification \xc2\xb7 Work with HR on training scheduling and on overtime matters for operations staff \xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Requirements: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operation and fleet control preferred, but not a must Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for drivers Proficient in English Able to speak Mandarin preferred, but not a must. The position is required to liaise and work closely with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients. Able to work as a team player, pro-active and high sense of responsibility Able to work independently with minimum supervision and detail in work Good interpersonal and communication skills PC literate and proficient in MS Office Excel and Outlook Must be willing to work in Tuas area Must be able to work beyond working hours to complete daily work schedules, when necessary Singaporeans Only. Those requiring employment permits need not apply. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month Benefits:
