Role Overview
Inventory and materials management
Coordinates with logistics team on delivery of materials to third-party manufacturers
Ensures accuracy of third-party repackers' and manufacturers' inventories
Coordinates with internal teams on disposal or pull-out of excess materials at third party repackers
Quality GMP Compliance
Keeps track of open quality issues for CAPA submission by third party repackers and external toll manufacturers
Coordinates with third party repackers and external toll manufacturers to implement CAPAs
Coordinates with QA and R&D in cases of quality issues encountered during production
Schedules routine cGMP audits for third party repackers and external toll manufacturers
New product support/ process validation
Coordinates with R&D on the nature of new product to provide recommendations on capable external toll manufacturers
Coordinates with R&D and QA and external toll manufacturer on pre-requisites prior to validation runs
Initiates meeting with external toll manufacturer prior to process validation runs to discuss processes and timelines
Finished Good delivery/ Critical stocks monitoring:
Coordinates internal teams for upcoming repacking requirements and provides third party repackers with product prioritization
Executes system transactions on delivery of stocks from third party repackers to FPDI
Arranges physical delivery of finished goods from external toll manufacturers to FPDI
Executes system transactions on QA retention samples and excess goods for delivery to RLG from third party repackers
Contracts Management
Files and renews toll manufacturing agreements and repacking agreements
Liaises with internal teams, and third party repackers and external toll manufacturers to keep contracts active and updated
Business Development
Consults with under-utilized plants and determines requirements for possibility of extending toll manufacturing business to include external clients
Collates and compiles information gathered from identified plants on capabilities and capacities and stores information in a database
Seeks out business opportunities, taps potential clients and engages with them on requirements
Aligns client's requirements against plant capabilities and capacities
Creates strong business relationships with external partners
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any Applied Science/ Technology courses
Open to applicants with at least 3-5years of related work experience
With strong analytical skills, results-oriented and has excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to produce high quality reports and presentations
Ability to beat deadlines and perform multiple tasks at the same time
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent skills in time management
Ability to work as a team player
High level of integrity
Can create strong business relationships with external partners
