Job Description
:We are a U.S.-listed Fortune 100 energy products-related marketing, trading, and financial company seeking an Operations Representative & Sales Support for our Singapore office. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.Role & Responsibilities
- Issue Purchase Orders promptly to suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely acknowledgments to facilitate smooth product delivery.
- Monitor the status of purchase orders, proactively liaising with suppliers to expedite as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Handle sales inquiries by working closely with global offices and suppliers across an international network.
- Maintain and update customer profiles in the system after obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Input pricing accurately for invoicing and ensure all billing processes are error-free.
- Coordinate with the technical department to address and follow up on customer inquiries effectively.
- Support oil traders in BackOffice operations to streamline sales and trading activities.
- A degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (preferred service-related departments such as Air Operations Division or Secretariat Division).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams and clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
