We are looking for a driven and motivated Operations & Sales Executive who shares our passion for cars and can help grow the business while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities





Operations:


Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and service quality. Coordinate with technicians and staff to manage workflow and scheduling. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock accuracy. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. Support management in implementing new processes to improve productivity.


Sales & Customer Engagement:


Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers. Promote and upsell services (detailing, PPF, coating, washes, etc.) based on customer needs.


Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Assist in executing marketing promotions and campaigns.


Reporting & Growth:


Track sales performance and operational KPIs. Provide feedback and ideas to management for service improvements. Assist in business development initiatives, partnerships, and events.

Requirements


Passion for cars and automotive culture (must-have). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with customer service excellence. Prior experience in sales or operations (automotive industry a bonus). Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office / POS systems; social media skills an advantage.
