Operations Senior/ Engineer (CaaS, Chiller, Air-con, Repair work, quotation, timesheets)Company highlights

- Schedule periodic Service and Maintenance (S&M) and ensure service reports for periodic S&M are properly documented and stored.
- Prepare quotations, organise and carry out necessary repair work.
- Chiller Plants are operating at or better than baseline efficiency
- Chilled Water / Air is supplied to the Customer at the right temperatures, during the operating hours
- Chiller plant assets are maintained and available for operations when needed
- Prepare incident reports; review servicing reports from vendors for any insurance claims for any major repair works. Service reports (internal or by vendor) or documented properly and stored
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV systems, preferably in a similar role.
