Description
- Handling counter issues e.g. EPIC system issues, complain cases, providing counter staff advise and counselling.
- Data extraction and presentation for audit, research and/or policy-making.
- Project management for minor renovation works including procurement, approval-seeking and coordination for smooth ground operations
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager and Head of Department
- Min Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years\' experience in healthcare setting
- Possess self-driven, can-do and enthusiastic attitude as ED setting is very dynamic and fluid
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and meticulous with data
- Preferably with frontline ops experience
- Preferably with knowledge of hospital operations (advantage)
