About the Role:
Lead and supervise daily terminal operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient processes. Manage manpower, workflow, compliance, and customer expectations while training and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee truck, drumming, and tank cleaning operations Act as Site Main Controller for emergencies Manage shift manpower, scheduling, and training Ensure compliance with SHEQ, VF, and regulatory standards Mentor and coach Operations team members
Requirements:
3-5 years' terminal operations experience in petroleum/chemical/industrial sectors 3+ years as a Team Coordinator Strong leadership, emergency response, and teamwork skills * Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level Credits (incl. Science) / NITEC / Diploma
