What you will be working on:

• Oversee the dynamic operations related to CPF members\' accounts and records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the seamless delivery of member account services to CPF members, CPFB departments, and government agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in projects aimed at enhancing process effectiveness, control frameworks, and overall service experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement harmonised solutions to address common operational challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on secretariat and coordinating roles in task forces and committees for projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

What we are looking for:

• At least 4 years of work experience in operations management, with a focus on financial services or customer-centric environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful projects, including the ability to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of account and records management processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organisational and coordination abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
