Job Description

Job Summary:

Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including air and sea freight. Support the sales team, manage vendor relationships, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management

Monitor export/import activities by reviewing group emails and coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day logistics functions.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead monthly meetings for both export and import divisions to ensure staff knowledge is up to date, encourage sharing of ideas, and promote team collaboration.

Rate Management & Customer Feedback

Enhance the success rate of shipment inquiries by offering competitive rates. Analyze customer feedback post-quotation to improve service quality.

Sales Shipment Handling

Coordinate and manage local sales shipments efficiently and accurately.

Vendor Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors. Monitor and control selling prices and costs to maximize shipment profit margins.

Customer Support

Provide sales support for customer inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses.


Follow up on customer needs, handle complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Quotation & Documentation

Prepare and provide timely quotations for all logistics-related customer inquiries.


Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in logistics operations, especially in air and sea freight, rate quotations, and other operational tasks.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including transportation modes (air, sea, land), freight forwarding, and customs regulations.


High attention to detail for managing essential shipping documents and regulatory compliance.


Excellent communication and organizational skills.
