This would include managing of exceptional handling.Primary Responsibility\xc2\xb7 Receive and create security instruments (Equity/Bond/Fund/Structured Notes etc.) and counterparty information\xc2\xb7 Update instrument and counterparty information\xc2\xb7 Update other non-client/non-instrument general statics such as holiday tables, currency table, GIIN no.\xc2\xb7 Setup of nostro cash account\xc2\xb7 Setup of client cash current account\xc2\xb7 Updating debit/credit interest in the systemGeneral\xc2\xb7 Ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by Line Manager\xc2\xb7 Ensure the processes are executed in line with the SOPs of the team and ensure team members understand their roles\xc2\xb7 Execute the control framework of the team (eg. EOD checklist, incident management, etc)\xc2\xb7 Execute the client delivery framework and ensure team members understand the client experience and how they impact it.\xc2\xb7 Handhold exceptions and escalations until the event is complete with full resolution\xc2\xb7 Reporting of statistics/volume of the team for MIS purposeQualificationsWork Experience Requirements\xc2\xb7 3-5 years relevant knowledge in Operations, Treasury and/or Securities related.\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Microsoft applications\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills for complex matters and eye for detail and accuracy\xc2\xb7 Analytical and process minded, understand processes and workflows from start to endEducation Requirements\xc2\xb7 Polytechnic or University degree\xc2\xb7 Language and computer skills\xc2\xb7 Clear written & verbal communication skills with all levels of staff\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
