ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible to drive special projects on key company north star metrics. You report to the COO.

This role offers high visibility throughout the company as you will work with senior stakeholders across the company.

• Create strategies to improve company operations & drive key metrics such as conversion, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, etc.
• Project manage & work with cross-functional teams, across Operations but also across other teams (Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Product, others)
• Analyse data & translate into relevant & actionable insights
• Develop tools that contribute to greater performance of Ops teams
• Present analysis & status updates to senior management
