The opportunity:

The successful candidate will undertake a 12-14-week internship program in Singapore Operations with dedicated mentorship and support. During this time, you will participate in rotational training across all functional teams within Ops e.g., Trade Management, Client Lifecycle, Operational Data, and Ops Risk & Control. You will learn on the job and work closely with senior leadership, actively participate in meetings, and contribute to meaningful projects. You will gain on-the-ground insights into front-office and back-office workflow processes and experience the dynamic working environment within the dealing room.

Requirements :

Qualifications :

• Final year students or penultimate year undergraduates working towards a degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant business degree .
• Be available to work full time during the duration of the internship .

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word / PowerPoint and Excel (macro/ VBA is a bonus) .

Open & Communicative:

• An exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• A positive attitude and e njoy challenges.
• A g ood team player .
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines .

Dynamic/ Competitive/ Innovative:

• Demonstrate inquisitive mindset and open to innovative ideas or experiences, and the ability to create new ideas , approaches, or insights .
• Well-organized, self-motivated and a fast learner .
• Able to work independently, demonstrate the efficiency and problem-solving skills in completing required tasks .
• Constantly seeks opportunities for improvements

What we require from you:

• You will be a penultimate year student in a full-time study.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Being able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
• Being able to meet deadlines in cases where projects are time sensitive
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
