Job Scope:
Oversee the day to day operations of the Customised Card Department
Production schedule planning and resource management
Monitor and ensure card printing and delivery are according to schedule
Conduct check to ensure cards printed meet quality control requirements
Ensure proper uploading and verification of databases/spreadsheets for printing
Prepare regular reporting
Perform end-to-end reviews and streamline operation processes
Identify opportunities for operation efficiency and control improvements
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma
Possess at least 1 year of Operations / Admin experience in Supervisory capacity
Prior experience from Retail / F&B industry is advantageous
Prior Stakeholder / Vendor Management experience will be highly valued
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Good interpersonal and communications skills
