Operations Supervisor (sembawang Wharves)

Job Description
:
- Overall in charge of ship and warehouse operation.
- Monitor the berthing/unberthing time of vessel.
- Creation of water order and ensure it is duly supplied.
- Arrange with berthing contractor on the mooring gang for SW vessel.
- Supervise berthing/unberthing operations.
- Monitor the progress of cargo operations.
- Check on tenants' operations to ensure compliance to SOP.
- Attend to complaints or feedback from tenants and queries by customers.
- Attend to receiving and delivery of cargo in the yard.
- Facilities management
- Carry out safety inspection, security, and environmental check.
- Handle accident or incident investigation and exceptions during the shift.
- Endorse and approve PSA temporary pass application, PTW.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willing to perform 12 hours shift
