dedicated and proactive Operations Supervisor
to to oversee daily operations, manage teams of cleaners, and ensure service excellence at client sites.

1. Team Supervision & Daily Operations
Supervise and manage a team of
40 to 50 cleaners/dishwashers
deployed across multiple client outlets.
Allocate daily tasks, plan workers' off days, manage deployment schedules, and ensure cleaning and dishwashing operations meet client expectations and KPIs.
Conduct daily briefings for staff on cleaning itineraries, safety reminders, and performance standards customized for different outlets.
Guide and coach especially new staff, ensuring they understand job scopes, hygiene standards, and site-specific requirements.
Lead onboarding and support the smooth takeover of new outlets, guiding workers through outlet-specific processes.
Ensure all staff are properly equipped with PPE and comply with company SOPs and safety standards.
Collect and verify time cards, ensuring correct signing and submission for payroll processing.
Handle phone calls professionally and respond promptly to operational queries or emergencies.
Coordinate closely with HR on manpower needs and proactively source for additional manpower to fill staffing gaps.

2. Conflict & Staff Relations Management
Ensure harmonious working relationships among staff and between staff and client outlet teams to avoid disputes or disruptions.
Counsel and address staff behavioral issues tactfully, escalating matters as needed.

3. Daily Outlet Inspections & Client Relations
Conduct regular inspections at different outlets to assess staff performance and cleanliness standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with client outlet managers to facilitate smooth operations and address concerns proactively.
Act as the key onsite liaison representing the company's interests and service quality.
Attend to all customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain client satisfaction.

4. Scheduling, Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and manage weekly and monthly work rosters, adjusting manpower to meet operational demands.
Review and submit cleaning and attendance reports on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, including correct use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and tools.
Report any incidents, safety concerns, or site defects promptly to management.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2
years of supervisory experience
in cleaning, dishwashing, or hospitality industries.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse team.
Fluent in
Chinese
and English to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Able to
travel islandwide
to multiple client outlets.
Proficient with basic computer skills (Excel, email, scheduling software).
Willingness to take calls outside of regular hours for urgent matters.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan schedules and manage time effectively.
Able to work under pressure and handle conflict resolution diplomatically.
No Public Holiday Off
(PH off) -- willing to work on public holidays as needed.
Physically fit and hands-on approach to work.
