- Maintaining the general cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms and common rooms.
- Responsible for the security of the classrooms, offices, and common rooms by locking and unlocking doors and windows.
- Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including arranging furniture and equipment.
- Arm and disarm the school security alarm system when opening and closing the school.
- Perform simple fault and defects reporting.
- Perform gate and traffic control duties during peak hours to ensure the safety of pupils and staff, and smooth traffic flow in the school.
- Escort contractors to ensure work completion and security at restricted areas.
- Simple administrative and office work like packing stationeries, goodie-bags, putting up posters,signages, etc.
- Any other duties assigned by the Ops Managers or School Leaders.
- Minimum PSLE Certificate;
- A good team player who can work alongside male and female staff;
- Able to communicate and speak simple English;
- Able to handle physical duties such as handling tables and chairs for school events. Hands-on practical housekeeping skills for simple tasks is an advantage.
Contract Duration: 16 October 2023 to 15 July 2024
Working Schedule:
Personnel must be able to perform 2 rotational shift routine as follows:
a. Weekday (Monday to Friday)
- Morning Shift from 5:30am to 2.30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
- Afternoon Shift from 10am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
- Saturday only when required, from 8:00am to 1:00pm
